It was a sleepy Sunday morning and there were not a lot of people around.<br />I passed a lamppost and tied to this lamppost were the Sunday papers contained within a plastic bag. It was up to the individual to put their money in the coin slot at the top. </div><div>I had known that the Austrians had this system but I was surprised to see that it still existed now.
